Community Bridges

This spring the OWL Center has welcomed Community Bridges on several occasions. Community Bridges is a residential program for adults with developmental, physical, or mental handicaps. There are nine residential homes scattered throughout northeast Louisiana; each is occupied by 10-12 residents and staff.
